That is precisely what is occurring in housing. Home values have not plunged by 40%; instead, historically low mortgage rates is the catalyst to surging demand. As a result, buyers are coming out in droves to purchase homes. With all my recent listings, I have had multiple offers within the first 4 days on market. The Orange County housing market continues to be a Hot Seller's Market and will continue well into 2021.
Sellers: Now is the time to sell with limited inventory, high demand, and record-high sales.
